By accessing this Pixieset gallery and downloading or viewing images, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this gallery.

2. Copyright & Ownership

All images in this gallery are the intellectual property of sJoseph Photography and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Images may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or altered without explicit written permission.

  • Purchasing or downloading images does not transfer copyright ownership.

3. Usage License

When images are purchased or delivered, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in writing

Personal Use Includes:

  • Printing for personal display.

  • Sharing on personal social media (with credit).

Prohibited Uses:

  • Commercial use without a separate license.

  • Editing, altering, or applying filters.

  • Selling or redistributing images.

  • Submitting images to contests or publications without permission.

4. Social Media Sharing

You may share images on social media provided that:

  • You do not crop or alter the image.

  • You provide credit to sJoseph Photography.

  • You do not remove watermarks (if present).

5. Downloads & Expiration

  • Galleries may remain active for a limited time (typically 12 months).

  • It is your responsibility to download and back up your images before the expiration date.

  • A reactivation fee may apply after expiration.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Print Orders

If prints are ordered through the gallery:

  • sJoseph Photography is not responsible for color discrepancies when prints are made outside of the provided professional lab.

  • Orders are fulfilled through a third-party lab and subject to their production times.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used for order processing and communication. It will not be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

sJoseph Photography is not liable for:

  • Loss of images after the gallery expiration date.

  • Technical issues affecting access or downloads.

  • Third-party misuse of images once delivered.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the gallery constitutes acceptance of any changes.
